Our Story

Chef Eric Olson brings more than 20 years of culinary experience and passion for food to his role as owner and executive chef of CHOW, where he now focuses on creating custom meals, menus and experiences for his clients. Throughout his career, Eric has been interested and dedicated to learning new cuisines and artistry and he now enjoys using that knowledge and those skills as a caterer and private chef.
