We're Food People
Chef Eric Olson grew up around food. Living in both Northern California and Minnesota, Eric and his family enjoyed making meals together and exploring the flavors and traditions of the areas in which they lived and traveled. Because of this, Eric knew food would play an important role in his life. And it did. His first job was in a kitchen...and he never looked back.
Eric has cooked in and served as executive chef at restaurants in Minneapolis, Lake Tahoe, Denver and the Colorado Grand Valley. His experience is wide and varied - from Swiss and Asian fusion to soul food, classic steakhouse and Latin. Eric truly appreciates and enjoys all cuisines...and he'll tell you it's too hard to choose a favorite.
But Most Importantly, We're People People
While Chef Eric always enjoyed his time in professional kitchens, he eventually realized what he really values is engaging with the people he serves. He wanted to collaborate with his clients and create something unique and perfect for each individual and each experience. So, he launched CHOW where he's been able to build relationships around food, community and fellowship. "People are my passion.
